This one was kind of unexpected, to say the least. With the 53rd overall pick, the Philadelphia Eagles selected Oklahoma QB Jalen Hurts.
Reminder: The Eagles and current starter Carson Wentz agreed to a four-year extension just last year. Another reminder: Wentz hasn't exactly been the healthiest player during his tenure with the team. It makes sense to have a good insurance policy for an oft-injured player, but a second-round pick?
