My favorite thanksgiving moment possibly ever.
Do I even need to explain any further?
Saints rookie (yeah, a ROOKIE did this to Matt Ryan) Shy Tuttle intercepted a (bad) pass from Ryan, and as if that weren't embarrassing enough, Tuttle just had to do it to him. I may have a new favorite player.
josh allen played like an elite qb.
I've been kind of indifferent on Josh Allen so far -- I'm sure I've made fun of him at some point. But I don't think anybody other than Bills fans expected this. He's playing lights out, and has been exactly what the Bills needed after many years of sadness.
Allen threw for over 200 yards and a touchdown, plus a rushing touchdown. Josh Allen now has the second-most rushing touchdowns by a quarterback in his first two seasons. Not bad for a Thanksgiving night.
Jerry jones doesn't want to fire jason garrett before the season is over.
Even though Thursday afternoon's game basically cemented the fact that he should.
That is some wild loyalty.
david blough had a good thanksgiving.
I made fun of the fact that David Blough was starting for the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving. But he came out slinging.
His first career completion was a 75 yard touchdown. On Thanksgiving. Not bad.
the patriots have diarrhea.
Eight New England Patriots players were listed as DNP on Wednesday's injury report, as a bad case of the flu is running rampant around the locker room.
The AFL is no more.
The Arena Football League is dunzo -- commissioner Randall Boe released a statement on Wednesday announcing that the league had filed bankruptcy and was just straight up shutting down.
I don't really have any harsh feelings on this one, as I never watched nor cared, but I just hope the players get their money -- we don't want to see another AAF episode.

brandon brooks opens up about his anxiety.
The Philadelphia Eagles Pro Bowl guard left Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks due to an anxiety attack. While I'm sure some assholes on some far corner of the Internet tweeting from their parents' basements made fun of him for it or mouthed off at it, this should be seen as a turning point.
Brooks explains how his expectations to live up to his new contract played into this, and how he wants fans to understand that players go through this sort of thing.
I'm really into the way anxiety, and mental health in general is being talked about lately. I feel like just a few years ago people weren't as open about it -- I know this because I have dealt with anxiety for a long time. Attacks would come on at the most random times -- out to dinner with friends, in the middle of the night, in the shower. I had to call the ambulance on myself the first time it happened -- I was young, home alone, and didn't know what the hell was happening to me.
It affects different people in different ways, and it shouldn't be held against Brooks that he needed to do what was right for himself on that particular day.
The new Bachelor trailer looks cringe as always.
But of course we're gonna watch anyways?
But please don't fall for this one. We're not this dumb.
Lamar jackson is the clear mvp after monday night.
I've been gung-ho on Russell Wilson being the MVP (it's still close -- don't get it twisted) but last night's 45-6 performance by Jackson, put him in the clear lead, and if you disagree you're just wrong. Exhibit A:
There is still plenty of football to be played this season, but if he walks away with the award at the end, I'm confident this will be the game where people will say he won it.
imagine getting benched for andy dalton. You can't!
For some reason, the winless Cincinnati Bengals have seen God and are going back to QB Andy Dalton and benching rookie Ryan Finley. I'm sure that will fix the problem. Can you hear my eyes rolling from here?
It is truly so Bengals of them to try to ruin their number one pick by bringing back this dude. I'm cry-laughing.
this twitter beef between jamal adams and derek carr's brother is everything.
The New York Jets All-Pro safety got into it with one of Derek Carr's weird brothers whose name also begins with a D (they're one of those families) after posting a picture of him hitting Carr.
I usually despise the grammar police Twitter own, but this one is just too good to pass up.
The third time was not the charm for jordan matthews.
The wide receiver was waived by the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday for the THIRD time. It's like going back to your ex; sometimes you just gotta know when to say no.
I am proud to announce i am in love with post malone.
Here is why:
carson Wentz is riding the struggle bus.
The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback is missing basically his entire offense and all of his weapons, I'll give him that. However, it does not exclude him for making some head scratching moments on Sunday like this:
It isn't easy when you're missing your entire offensive roster, but Wentz' confidence was clearly at an all-time low on Sunday. Not great!
mason rudolph rides the pine.
The Pittsburgh Steelers (backup) quarterback isn't having a very good time. He was benched for some dude named Devlin Hodges during Sunday's matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals (ya, the BENGALS). Check out this #stat:
I mean, you have to try to be that bad right? Hate to see it.
the Browns are officially back.
Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham Jr. ran the show for the Browns on Sunday, which is what we've been waiting for..... just about all season. Cleveland was able to start off strong, something else they've failed to do pretty much all season.
After winning three in a row, could the Browns be getting hot at the right time? It's still the Browns, so you can't expect much. The Steelers (who SUCKED Sunday) and the Bengals (who suck always) are up next, so there's a very good chance they could keep this thing going.
Frank gore to the HOF isn't a debate anymore.
During the fourth quarter of Sunday's game, the Buffalo Bills running back hit the number three spot on the NFL's all-time rushing yards list. He passed Barry Sanders, you may have heard of him.
The "Is Frank Gore a Hall of Famer" debate is officially closed and the answer is YES. That's all.
derrick henry still has the jags' number.
The Tennessee Titans running back has always had Jacksonville on his radar, and Sunday was no different. Henry scored two touchdowns in 20 seconds in the third quarter, and finished with over 150 rushing yards.
stephon gilmore completely shut down amari cooper.
The New England Patriots corner, who I think is the clear best in the entire league, completely erased the Dallas Cowboys receiver like he never even existed. One of QB Dak Prescott's biggest weapons all season, Cooper was held literally zero yards and didn't record a single catch.
My Christmas playlist is live on SPOTify.
I've been celebrating Christmas for the past two months, but I made a HOT FIRE playlist of all the Christmas jams that you didn't know you needed. Put it on shuffle. Feel free to listen and let me know what you think! Disclaimer: There's a lot of Nsync, but you knew that already.
The NFL invited all 32 teams to a workout this weekend featuring none other than Colin Kaepernick. With the amount of scrub that's starting around the NFL at QB (and backing up for that matter), some teams could use him immediately. While I stand behind the fact that pretty much half of the entire NFL should be at this damn workout, here are four teams where he could make an immediate impact:
Mitch Trubisky is not great and plays with absolutely zero confidence. You can argue that with me all you want, but you can literally see it in his face. I don't think he's absolutely terrible, but having some legit competition -- Chase Daniel doesn't count as 'legit competition' -- could be good for Mitch.
Jeff Driskel started a real live NFL game last week, in 2019. That right there should be reason enough to give Kaepernick a chance, anywhere. Matthew Stafford could end up being fine, but just in case there's a setback, Kaepernick is clearly a better option than Jeff Driskel.
With Cam Newton out indefinitely, Kyle Allen is doing a pretty good job, but that can't be the long-term option there. Even sitting the remainder of the season and getting a chance next year would be a step in the right direction.
With Joe Flacco out after being murdered by his offensive line once again, the Broncos are forced to start Brandon Allen until Drew Lock is ready. But what if he's not a good option either?
