Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joseph Flacco is planning to get together with his wide receivers (all one of them) and throw the good ol' pigskin around before training camp starts. This is unusual for Joe, as he usually waits until OTAs and training camp to start throwing with his receivers. Maybe now that he has an actual NFL-caliber receiver this season (Michael Crabtree) other than the scrubs that he's used to, Flacco is willing to put a little extra effort in.
As with any group of adults, it's hard to get everyone in one place at one time. How many times have you tried to get all of your friends together? Everyone has their lives going on (Flacco just had his fifth kid, Breshad Perriman is probably dropping his car keys through the floor boards, etc), so the timing of these workouts can be tricky as not everyone stays in Baltimore during the offseason. But as the Ravens haven't been able to make it to the playoffs in what feels like 20 years, Flacco should be pulling out all the stops and making every effort he can to build those relationships with the guys who he's throwing the ball to, who may or may not end up catching it.
