In the trade heard around the world, star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins is now a member of the Arizona Cardinals. With already high expectations of him in his sophomore season, quarterback Kyler Murray is now heightening those expectations, with high praise for his receiving corps.
I've said this before, and I'll say it again -- Murray is going to have the sophomore season like Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes had. And what better cast to do it with?
Larry Fitzgerald is one of those special receivers that we will talk about for years and he makes catching footballs look effortless. Hopkins, you can say the same things about. He needs to work on getting some chemistry with Murray, but both are such special players that it shouldn't take too much of an effort. Christian Kirk isn't on the same wavelength of either of these two guys, and will probably get the lesser workload of the three, but he can still get it done.
This sounds like an outrageous prediction, but if you look at it closely, it really isn't that crazy.
