Mike McCarthy okay with giving up play calling duties

Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy is adjusting to a lot on his new team. One of those is giving up offensive play calling duties, which will go to offensive coordinator Kellen Moore. McCarthy is not totally out on the idea, however.

One of the things that I think led to McCarthy's sort-of 'downfall' with the Green Bay Packers was that he was a little overwhelmed. He kind of explained that in his quote, more or less. I agree with him in that there is so much more that goes into being a head coach, and if he focuses on things, he will only be more successful. Play calling duties given to someone else most likely won't be a bad thing, as far as the Cowboys are concerned.
