rumor: Texans shopping kenny stills

With the recent trade acquisition of Brandin Cooks, it is rumored that the Houston Texans could be looking to trade or release wide receiver Kenny Stills, according to The Athletic.

The Athletic's @aaronjreiss projects Kenny Stills as the "odd man out" among #Texans WRs, suggesting a trade for a late-round pick or outright release:https://t.co/Gl2dbQaVSh

I can almost guarantee this will not happen, but you can't count out the Texans from doing... oh, whatever the hell they feel like doing on any given day.

jared goff open to restructuring contract

In the midst of a Zoom chat with local reporters, Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff said he was open to restructuring his (extremely expensive) contract to create more cap space for the team.

Rams QB Jared Goff says he's open to restructuring his contract to create more salary cap space.

He also says he's talked with Todd Gurley several times since he was released.

"I'm all for it. I don't see why not," Goff said.

A little late for that, no?

the bucs are looking to trade oj howard

A draft week trade, perhaps? The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are reportedly open to trading tight end OJ Howard.

Should the #Patriots trade for O.J. Howard?

And you know what that means? Start up your engines folks, we're getting Rob Gronkowski is coming out of retirement to play with Tom Brady again rumors all week long! (Price is Right voice)

philly wants to trade up, unless they don't

According to Philadelphia radio host Joe Tordy, the Philadelphia Eagles are looking to trade up in this year's draft, because general manager Howie Roseman is "in love with" wide receiver prospect CeeDee Lamb.

REPORT: The #Eagles are “aggressively” pursuing to move up in the draft for Oklahoma WR CeeDee Lamb. Howie is reportedly “absolutely in love" w/ Lamb. Report also says if that fails/Top 4 WRs are gone, Eagles will bail out of 21.

This would clearly be a good fit for Philly, but around this time of year the most important thing to remember is this: Everyone lies. Take this "rumor" with a grain of salt, until the clock starts.

joe mixon prepping for a holdout

Here we fucking go again. Another running back wants to hold out. This time its Joe Mixon. The (expendable) RB is preparing to hold out if no long-term deal is reached between himself and the Cincinnati Bengals.

I have a hard time believing this will actually happen -- we've all seen how stupid this is. Just stop.

jay glazer hyped some 'big news' and it ended up being a player getting the rona

So, lets start at the beginning. FOX Sports' NFL dude Jay Glazer hyped this supposed ground-breaking HUGE GIANT news on Tuesday night, teasing that he would drop the bomb in 24 hours. It left everyone speculating what it would be about -- a huge trade? An OBJ trade? A cancelled season? A season without fans? -- and it ended up being something completely fucking stupid. His BIG HUGE news was that Los Angeles Rams center Brian Allen was the first NFL player to rest positive for COVID-19.

The news I have tonight is not transactional news, not a player getting traded or signed. Woke up to seeing y’all going ape-you-know-what guessing what it is. It’s not what you think. Fox Football Now tonight 11 ET/ 8 PT after race

Don't get me wrong -- I hope Allen makes a full recovery and gets well soon and all that jazz, but why are you hyping up someone's illness during a pandemic for your benefit? Something's off.
