Rashaan Evans apologizes after ejection

Tennessee Titans linebacker Rashaan Evans was ejected during Monday night's game against the Denver Broncos for stupidly punching tight end Jake Butt for no discernible reason. 

He then, as one does, apologized to his teammates for his absence. ​

.@616evans4: It was just basically an overreaction after the play. A little bit after the whistle there was a little tussle. I wound up overreacting by hitting him... I had the opportunity to apologize to the rest of the guys and basically say I was going to make up for it.

It is completely lost on me why you would throw a punch to a guy wearing a football helmet, but here we are.
