rams and chargers will share hard knocks
The Los Angeles Rams and the Los Angeles Chargers training camps will both be subject's of this season's Hard Knocks on HBO. That is, if there is a training camp.
This is such a money grab to bring fans into the LA market -- the Rams were just on this show in 2016. I'm not saying it's going to be bad -- it's probably going to be very good -- but we know what this is. Honestly, the Chargers need this more than the Rams do. Six people total show up to Chargers games annually. On the flip side -- the Rams just came off their most disappointing season probably ever, Todd Gurley is gone, half the coaching staff is gone, and the team lost its confidence game by game last season. Having cameras around 24/7? Not exactly going to help. Pittsburgh Steelers fans breathed a huge sigh of relief knowing their team wasn't the ones chosen (they were in the running). This would have been a perfect look into how the team preps for the inevitable departure of Ben Roethlisberger, the intricate mind of coach Mike Tomlin, and a peek into the locker room that recently dealt with the likes of Antonio Brown, somehow. But no, let's get our LA market up! new qb? new uniforms
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers not only get a new quarterback this season, but they get new uniforms too. And, boy, nothing quite gets NFL fans fired up like new uniforms and new colors and styles, let me tell you.
I honestly do not even care what the Bucs uniforms look like. As long as the alarm clock numbers are gone, I'll take that.
