Cardinals plan to use Kyler Murray differently

New Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon will be tasked with getting quarterback Kyler Murray back on track after his ACL injury in 2022. With new offensive coordinator Drew Petzing, they plan to take a new approach.

• Third-day draft prospect Max Duggan is training with top QB coach Jordan Palmer in California, hoping he gets drafted in April. The TCU QB won the Davey O'Brien Award on Monday. Duggan is keeping his options open and tells it like it is when being drafted - and he thinks it's not about where you go off the board but how you get there. "I understand I'm not one of the top guys, and where you go in the draft isn't relatively important to me. It's about being able to have an opportunity to compete. Wherever you go, it's about the right fit."
  

• Here come the draft rumors. The Dallas Cowboys are said to be "intrigued" by Ohio State quarterback CJ Stroud. That may be the case, but they are committed to Dak Prescott, at least for the next two seasons.
  

• The CarrDashians are at it again. David Carr said his brother Derek Carr's free agency tour would take a while as he wants to find the perfect fit. "It's gonna be a long process. He wants to do his due diligence and see as many places as he can to get a feel for what the best place for him will be." That's great, but the problem with taking a long time means some teams would rather have a QB sooner rather than later, and Carr may fall down some teams' lists if he wants to drag this out.
