Chad Henne goes out on top

Chad Henne has been Patrick Mahomes' backup quarterback for five seasons, and now he's going out on top, retiring after the Kansas City Chiefs' latest Super Bowl win. One of his highlights? Coming in for Mahomes in the divisional round against the Jacksonville Jaguars and keeping the offense running while Mahomes got treatment on his injured ankle. Henne led a 98-yard drive ending in a touchdown.

• The Las Vegas Raiders are expected to release Derek Carr on Tuesday before his contract becomes fully guaranteed. The Raiders owe Carr $40.4 million - yeah, he gone. Carr recently visited with the New Orleans Saints but then informed him he wouldn't accept a trade and wants to be a free agent. Carr should have a strong market, with plenty of teams needing a competent starting QB.
