kansas city is going to the super bowl
The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Championship Game to advance to Super Bowl LIV. They finally did after fifty years.
Lamar Jackson may be the league MVP (and he deserves it), but Pat Mahomes is the best player in the NFL. Period. Tight end Travis Kelce seems extremely excited as well, and I wish to have this type of energy about just about everything.
san francisco is also going to the Super Bowl
The San Francisco 49ers dominated the Green Bay Packers, who honestly didn't look like they even showed up, to secure a 37-20 win and a trip to Super Bowl LIV. Cornerback Richard Sherman sealed the deal with this game-winning interception.
fattest guy touchdown
Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Dennis Kelly accomplished something that can't be erased with an L, and should be nationally celebrated. He became the heaviest player in NFL history to score a postseason touchdown. King shit.
Kelly is 321 pounds, and this particular touchdown gave the Titans a short-lived 14-0 lead in Sunday's game. raheem Mostert makes history
The San Francisco 49ers running back ran for 160 yards and three touchdowns in the first half of Sunday's NFC Championship Game, drawing a 27-0 lead over the Green Bay Packers. Mostert then became the first player in NFL history with over 200 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns in a postseason game.
Mostert took on a heavy workload after running back Tevin Coleman was declared out of the game with an arm injury. phil rivers has shipped out of san diego
Current (but not for long) Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers informed ESPN's Adam Schefter that himself and his giant family have moved out of San Diego to retire to Florida. Ok, I added the retire part.
Rivers has said recently he doesn't want to retire, and is open to playing for another team. I think this move 100% points to the fact that the Chargers are moving on from him, but I still tend to think he leans toward retirement. joe woods to (probably) become new browns dc
The Cleveland Browns are replacing defensive coordinator Steve Wilks with San Francisco 49ers defensive backs coach Joe Woods, as soon as the Niners' season is over.
Not a bad hire. But it is the Browns, so it's basically like throwing a deck of cards into the air and guessing what you're gonna pick up first.
