The Cleveland Browns ended their four-game losing streak against the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night Football. While Cincy was missing star wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase, the offensive line was god awful and Joe Burrow had a horrible night as a result. The Browns sacked Burrow five times, intercepted him once and forced a fumble.

On the flip side, Browns QB Jacoby Brissett ran for a touchdown and threw for 278 yards, while Nick Chubb and Amari Cooper both had highlight-reel days.

more QB News:

  • The Green Bay Packers looked better as a team than they have in recent weeks, but they still didn't get the win. Aaron Rodgers thinks once they get a win, it will change things. "Nobody feels sorry for us. We've got to find a way to get one win. I feel like if we can just get one, then the whole momentum changes."
  • Rookie QB Malik Willis made his first start for the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, but they didn't ask him to throw much. When asked about the game plan, Willis said, "If they can't stop the run, why would we not run it? We're not out here to throw for 300 every game or try to run for 300 every game. We're out here trying to find ways to win."
  • Zach Wilson didn't have a great week, throwing three interceptions and prompting his head coach to say he has to play better. Vet linebacker CJ Mosley came to his defense on Monday, saying the entire New York Jets team is behind him.

  • It wouldn't be another week in the NFL without a cringe quote from Russell Wilson. "Adversity is temporary," he told the Denver Post. "I've never shied away from pressure. You've got to look right at it and keep believing and stay the course." Ok.
  • Steve Wilks told reporters on Monday that QB PJ Walker will start for the Carolina Panthers again in Week Nine.
  • I normally don't like to comment on QBs personal lives, but this does have to do with football. While questions have swirled about how committed Tom Brady is to football and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brady insists he has a strong work-life balance in light of his recent divorce from Gisele Bundchen.

Tom Brady addressed his divorce on his Let’s Go podcast with Jim Gray:
“There’s a lot of professionals in life that go through things that they Dwl with at work and they deal with at home. Obviously the good news is it’s a very amicable situation and I’m really focused…
