After Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott suffered a gruesome, season-ending injury yesterday, questions arose about his contract and the Cowboys' future plans for him. Stephen Jones insisted that Prescott remained the "face of the franchise" and that their plans for his future with the team have not changed, despite the injury.
The Cowboys have been quite facetious in the past about their plans for Prescott, despite him being one of the top-performing quarterbacks in the league, so forgive me if I'm not buying this right now. I wanna flag this tweet and we'll go back to it in March.
