Despite reports from earlier this morning, Dallas Cowboys general manager Jerry Jones insists the team is not saying 'never' to recently cut All-Pro safety Earl Thomas.
Dallas was the leading contender as soon as Thomas was cut from the Baltimore Ravens this weekend. Many (including myself) were under the impression that new head coach Mike McCarthy would not want to deal with all the drama that Thomas would likely bring. Teams will be doing their research before signing Thomas, that I can guarantee you. With a history of disconnect leading back to the Seattle Seahawks, organizations will need to have confidence that he will make a change if he should get a chance with a new team.
