Veteran running back DeMarco Murray has decided to retire as of Friday. The 30-year-old was released by the Tennessee Titans earlier this offseason, and said about a week ago that he hoped to sign with another team before training camp started. While he said he conversed with a few teams (including the New Orleans Saints), he inevitably decided to retire. This could be a case of "I leaked to ESPN that I'm retiring because no team wants me, so hello teams, sup" or he could actually be done.
Murray spent time with the Dallas Cowboys, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Titans throughout his career. He was named Offensive Player of the Year in 2014 and is a 3x Pro Bowler. Buzz-worthy:
