Lots of questions are going around about how the hell the NFL is going to be able to get through a football season without any outbreaks of COVID-19 (see: baseball). Miami Dolphins safety Bobby McCain has an idea -- hold your teammates accountable.
McCain hit the nail on the head here, and he's right, but let's be honest -- this is easier said than done. We'd like everyone to follow the rules, but HELLO look at the United States right now. These players are young people, and what have a lot of young people been doing lately? Let me answer that -- acting like the pandemic doesn't exist. I'd like to believe NFL players will be more mature than this because their teammates/opponents are those who will be at risk, but it's a stretch for me. What we need is more players with not only the same mentality as McCain, but those who are willing to actually do it. And think before you head to the strip club and take a picture of yourself there.
