the bengals release andy dalton

After nine seasons with the team, the Cincinnati Bengals released quarterback Andy Dalton on Thursday. The team drafted the future in Cincy -- QB Joe Burrow was the first pick in the 2020 Draft, and the presumed starter whenever the season decides to begin.

We have released QB Andy Dalton. Andy has not only been an outstanding player on the field, but a role model in the Cincinnati community for the last nine years.

Thank you for everything, Andy. pic.twitter.com/pBj9THIot5

Andy was fun to make fun of for the past few years, but I won't miss his ability to somehow own the Ravens repeatedly, and make every game against him a complete fucking nail-biter.

ceedee lamb will wear no. 88 for dallas

The Dallas Cowboys selected wide receiver CeeDee Lamb with the 17th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. General manager Jerry Jones then told Lamb he couldn't wear the number he wanted to wear, and made him wear No. 88 instead. The most recent player to wear that number was Dez Bryant.

I can’t feel no way but be supportive of lamb and the rest of these young stars that’s entering the league.. I believe it’s my job to help them succeed as much on and off the field https://t.co/ljV830IAQL

I think this young dude should be able to choose his own number, write his own legacy, the whole shebang. How about that?

cole beasley to wear no. 11 for bills

I feel like number talk is the only thing we have to talk about right now, and I guess I'll take it. Buffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley will now wear No. 11. He wore No. 10 last year.
