Matthew stafford injured after first series
Lions QB Matthew Stafford only lasted one series in Saturday's game, leaving the game and heading to the locker room with an ankle injury. He was replaced by backup Chase Daniel, who is still in the NFL for some reason. They've already fallen behind 13-0, so this is not ideal.

The second of Saturday's games feature two teams who currently call Arizona home -- the Arizona Cardinals and the San Francisco 49ers. Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk started things off with a 38-yard catch from quarterback Kyler Murray, which led to a defensive stop by the Niners, and an Arizona field goal.
jeff wilson touchdown gives niners the lead
San Fransisco quarterback CJ Beathard connected with running back Jeff Wilson for a 21-yard touchdown, giving the Niners the lead in the first quarter. Fresh off injured reserve, tight end George Kittle also had a big play during this drive.
cardinals show some signs of life
Arizona showed some sign of life, cutting the Niners' lead to 14-12 in the fourth quarter. Murray helped his case with this 45-yard pass to receiver KeeSean Johnson.
49ers win, make cards' playoff chances more difficult
San Francisco controlled Saturday's game against the Cardinals the entire afternoon and came away with a 20-12 win. Even though the 49ers are already eliminated from playoff contention, they made Arizona's chances more complicated and no longer control their playoff fate.
Raiders get on scoreboard first, thanks to hunter renfrow
The Las Vegas Raiders went up on the Miami Dolphins in the first quarter, thanks to this 32-yard punt return from Hunter Renfrow. The Raiders capped off the drive with a 1-yard run for the touchdown from quarterback Derek Carr.
