As the season nears, teams are starting to make restrictions on fan attendance, or doing away with it altogether. Some teams are allowing a reduced number of fans to be in attendance during games, while others are not allowing fans at all.
Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott is speaking out against this, saying that it's not fair to have an inconsistent policy on fan attendance.
I have to say, I'm with him here. I'm not someone who buys into the "home-field advantage" thing too too much, but it seems a little unfair to allow some teams to have fans at games and some not, right? I don't think the fan-less team will have too tough of a disadvantage, as there won't be enough fans to make that much of a ruckus, but I still think there should be a universal policy, just to keep things as fair-game as possible.
