The Miami Dolphins won't be trading for quarterback Deshaun Watson, after all. Reports were swirling pretty much for months about this whole fiasco, and right when it looked like things might get done, it didn't work out in the end. The Houston Texans are stuck with Watson until next offseason.

Although the Dolphins did due diligence on Deshaun Watson and had conversations with Houston, Miami will not make a trade for the QB, per source. Dolphins’ owner Stephen Ross, who had contingencies that needed to be met for any deal, made the final decision to not move forward.

With rookie Zach Wilson still injured, and Super Bowl MVP sitting in waiting, the New York Jets have a looming decision to make at the quarterback position. Mike White shocked the world with his performance in Week Eight and will be getting the start on Thursday Night Football, but how long will this continue? General Manager Joe Douglas says himself and head coach Robert Saleh are on the same page when it comes to these decisions. "I'm going to piggyback on everything coach said and we're going to cross that bridge when we get to it. Our sole focus is te Indianapolis Colts."
