With all these players opting out left and right (it seems), some are still unsure if they're comfortable playing in the NFL amid a pandemic, which is a valid concern.
One of those players is Buffalo Bills corner Tre'Davious White.
This is a totally valid concern and a normal way to go about it. I just talked about how Odell Beckham Jr. had concerns earlier on in the year, and since coming to camp and the facility, felt more comfortable with his decision to remain on the team. This could be the case for White, or he could decide he is just not comfortable with it, and that's okay too. Players have until 4pm tomorrow (Thursday, August 6) to opt out. There are conditions that allow them to do so later on, such as, if they develop a high-risk condition as the season progresses, or if a family member becomes ill. I'm told to expect a wave of opt-outs tomorrow, but we shall see.
