The Philadelphia Eagles are undefeated no more. Unfortunately, the Eagles played their worst game all season with three turnovers. While the game went back and forth for most of the duration, it wasn't as close as the score might suggest. The Eagles couldn't keep the Washington Commanders off the field (not something I thought I'd ever say), and it seemed like every time Philly seemed to get it together, they turned the ball over.
Neither quarterback impressed, but Washington QB Taylor Heinicke celebrated in style on the flight home. If this doesn't seal him keeping the starting job, I'm not sure what will.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill will be a game-time decision for Sunday's game. Tannehill missed last week's game with an ankle injury. He traveled to Kansas City with the team.
Rookie QB Malik Willis would be in line to start if Tannehill cannot go. Willis started last week's game.
other Qb News:
The Cleveland Browns ended their four-game losing streak against the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night Football. While Cincy was missing star wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase, the offensive line was god awful and Joe Burrow had a horrible night as a result. The Browns sacked Burrow five times, intercepted him once and forced a fumble.
On the flip side, Browns QB Jacoby Brissett ran for a touchdown and threw for 278 yards, while Nick Chubb and Amari Cooper both had highlight-reel days.

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams shoved a photographer after Monday night's game (if you haven't seen the video, you've likely been hiding under a rock), and is now being charged with misdemeanor assault.
The cameraman, a freelancer who was working for Monday Night Football, was said to have suffered a "minor concussion" during the event. The NFL is investigating the incident for a potential fine and/or suspension.

The Los Angeles Rams kick off the 2022 NFL season on Thursday, but one of its members who won a ring with the team will be absent. Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is a free agent, as he's been nursing a knee injury this offseason. However, reports surfaced on Monday that the Rams have kept Beckham's locker (with the nameplate - very important) intact, perhaps keeping him in mind when he's healthy and ready to return. Adding fuel to the fire, Beckham tweeted on Tuesday that he would be watching the game very closely, which led to questions of whether his decision to sign was between the Rams and their opponent, the Buffalo Bills.
One thing to note: The Rams and Buffalo are two teams linked to landing the star WR this off-season. While a resolution might not come until later in the season due to his recovery, Beckham could certainly have to decide between these two teams, which may not be a bad problem to have. more:
The Cleveland Browns have informed running back Kareem Hunt that he won't be traded after Hunt started skipping team drills in training camp. Hunt, who wants a new contract, is basically shit out of luck at this point. The Browns can fine him for "holding in," and by denying a trade, it doesn't seem like they think the team can get anything substantial in return for him. Hunt will be a free agent following the 2022 season. more headlines:
Former Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas unexpectedly passed away at age 33 last December. Doctors at Boston University have now determined that the star WR had stage two CTE at his time of death.
Thomas was known to suffer from seizures in the last years of his life, one of which caused a 2019 car accident. One of the more disturbing quotes stated in the doctors' report was regarding these seizures. "His behavior became increasingly erratic in the last year of his life, which was marked by the memory loss, paranoia, and isolation that are hallmarks of chronic traumatic encephalopathy, the degenerative brain disease linked to repeated head hits."
While an official cause of death has not yet been determined, it has been stated that Thomas suffered a seizure while in the shower. Thomas spent eight seasons with the Broncos, where he won a Super Bowl and had four Pro Bowl seasons. more:
ooof of the day:
We all know the history between the Cleveland Browns and Odell Beckham Jr. (and his dad). The common denominator amongst that drams was quarterback Baker Mayfield, and now that it looks like Mayfield will not be a Brown come 2022, is there a chance Beckham could return to Cleveland? It's not such a crazy idea, according to reports stating that the team has discussed his return. Beckham also has had interest from the New Orleans Saints and his most recent team, the Los Angeles Rams.

Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald has done a lot in his career. Along with his recent Super Bowl trophy, Donald has stacked up three Defensive Player of the Year awards, seven All-Pro nods, and has been a Pro Bowler in all of his eight seasons in the NFL. But, at 31, Donald is in the midst of contract talks with his team and isn't shying away from the retirement talk.
As a guest on the 'I Am Athlete' podcast, Donald explained his decision to contemplate walking away from the game he loves. What's super interesting to me; is Donald said he went into the NFL expecting to play eight seasons. Now that his eighth season is up -- what's next? While many signs point to a deal getting worked out between Donald and the Rams, it's not going to be under his current contract. So, how long will we continue seeing Donald in an NFL uniform?
